5 - You will receive an email after checkout with a link to a medical questionnaire.

6 - Test Preparation:

For best results, please ensure you:

Fast on the day of your testing and avoid stimulants such as caffeine. Normal hydration is fine.

Avoid exercise for 12 hours prior to your appointment.
